Fresh, sweetly luxuriant, with a plush texture and carefully integrated oak that did not overwhelm but rather framed quite nicely the body and flavor. With a hint of pineapple juice and a dash of guava, but without being too overripe or heavy. Definitely a wine for someone who likes the Cali-chard style, but would probably win over some of those on the fence as well.
Sometimes, at the end of the day, you just need something to help you relax, and this one would do the job. It's like sinking into a nice, cushy waterbed.
