  • This is a bright, clear, high intensity lemon green white wine.
The nose is clean with medium intensity. Stone fruits like ripen apricots and peaches at the first stage, following some bicuity, bready, yeasty aromas, dried grass, physalis, fennel and ginger some flowery honeysuckle and some hits of hay.
    The nose is still developing.
The palate is dry, with a medium + acidity, a medium + body with a creamy texture, the alcohol is medium and balanced and the flavour intensity accounts to a medium + intensity where some grassy and floral notes along with over ripen to dried peaches take advantage from the rest.
    The finish is long
The wine is ready to be drunk with a potential cellaring from 3 to 5 years.
The wine quality is very good, with a remarkable complexity, zesty acidity and extremely well balanced alcohol some warming but under reasonable control, nevertheless the wine lacks some intensity in the nose and the finish part of the wine ends on a little bitterness coming out of the blue.
