Visit to Domaine Bruno Clair with Philippe Brun in June 2014: Light colour. Philippe described this as a good aperitif wine, which seemed right to us. A nose of peach, pineapple and other tropical fruits. Sparkling, quite racy acidity on palate. Good mouthfeel, weight and balance. No new oak used on this wine. Five barrels made.
