Medium gold now. Seemingly fully mature. A hint of spice, some gentle creaminess and fully integrated acidity. Plenty of finesse and quite stylish. What it lacks is any sort of stuffing and drive. Very disappointing and would be difficult to identify as a 1er Cru, let alone a GC. Ordinary.

Opened and initially was dead. No corkiness, no madierization, just dead. Acid and tannins but zero fruit. Tried the next day 20 hours later and it came alive with honey, mineral and sesame seed flavors with razor sharp focus. Kept out for another 6 or 8 hours and it was still great.
