  Deep brass/golden colour. Rich, developed lemon and honeycomb nose. Slight mustiness emerging on breathing.
  Palate follows. Good length, medium weight, wonderful bottle developed richness and complexity. The mustiness also emerging on the palate. Touch of Brett?
  2 days later: If anything, showing better. Mustiness less and adding a touch to the complexity.
  Last bottle.

  Rich brass colour. Honeyed aromas though still good acid.
  Rich honeyed characters married with lemon. Quite acid without food. A well aged Villages. No pretense of better ranking but age has made it quite enjoyable.

  Fine Chardonnay, lemony with developing honeyed characters. Clean, fine, beginning to develop.
  Fine Chablis acid, minerality, with medium bottle devt. Drinking nicely and will evolve over another 3+ years. No hurry to drink. A good village without greatness.

  Rich lemony nose, and this has seen some oak, methinks. A bit one-dimensional, but delicious.

  Wonderful, exciting, rich, complex, vibrant nose. Excellent balance, quite good richness for village Chablis. Shows its pedigree. Drinking now - 2022.
