  Medium-fullbodied, almost creamy texture, ripe peach and apple, a hint honey and butter-brioche, but still enough acidity to bring all in a good balance and make up for the high alcohol-level (13,5%). At the end of the best drinking window. Goes well with lamb-chops at a BBQ.
