  This wine immediately shows the intensity of the 2012 vintage, with bold and fresh fruit aromas. Ripe plumb, black cherry, raspberry and cassis mingle with cherry pie and dates, chocolate, whiffs of forest floor and freshly ground coffee beans. THe full-bodied palate balances ripe and baked plumbs, cherries with a fresh and bright acidity and a mouth-filling, lingering, chalky finish of fine tannins.
