Initially, very sharp and closed. With time, brown butter, savory nuances, still fairly severe. Nonetheless was fantastic with crab cakes, cut through the richness nicely. Even better on day 2, some additional richness at the core. Goes down easy now. If I had additional bottles, I'd hold them. I think this needs another year or two to round into form.
