  Nice sweet nose. Takes more than an hour to soften up. Some of the jamminess is gone and now is dominated by the acidity. Great middle and back of the mouth complexity. Interesting evolution - I likely would not have liked this 10 years ago as another big sweet over the top Zin, but I like it now.

  Big jammy nose with just enough pepper to make your nose itch. Spice comes through on the palate along with big berries. Still some tannins to dry you out. Great drinking wine now and would probably really be beautiful with food. Too bad I am too lazy to cook.
