Vibrant acidity, lots of citrus aromas and flavors, a little frizante, some minty, herbal notes, and a wet stone minerality. It's better after it gets some air and the CO2 blows off a bit and it warms up some. Also a little yeasty tasting, like a slightly flat sparkling wine. Interesting, and it grew on me. A little simple and austere.

Aeolian Sailing Trip & a bit of Etna; 8/22/2014-8/31/2014 (Eolian Islands): Of the many wines under this stable. Felt sort of generic and we were left indifferent. Maybe they should have kept more acidity vs ripeness.. 87
