Pinot Noir
Appearance: clear, medium-deep garnet.
Nose: Clean, medium+, fully developed, black cherry, blackcurrant leaf.
Palate: Moderately dry, medium acidity, moderate tannins, medium- alcohol, medium bodied. Medium-high intensity black cherry, strawberry, spice. Moderately long finish.
Outstanding quality. Ready to drink but can age a few years.
Absolutely perfectly balanced and indicative of place. Special.
