Excellent Chardonnay. Ate with Brie. Acidity was a perfect counter to the fat in the cheese. On the nose I smelled candied apple, floral. Nice long finish. Looking forward to the second bottle.

Decanted for only 20 minutes, so the wine continued to open in the glass during dinner. A very attractive - after it warmed up a bit - nose of white fruit, minerality, citrus and white flowers. The medium to plus bodied palate showed stone fruit, yellow & green apple, citrus, and minerality. There was plenty of acidity to balance and cleanse. This is one fine CA chard. Give it some air up front and allow it to warm to cellar temps and you will be rewarded for the next several years.
Lovely nose of white flowers, apples, nutmeg, matchstick, and citrus. Great acidity and complex flavors of lemon, minerals, orange oil, and tart apples. Long finish. Exceptional CA Chardonnay!

Spring Fishing (The Ranch, WI): Light medium gold color. Drank 2 glasses over an hour. Fantastic nose, earthy, briny, lime and citrus. The palate mirrors the nose with a complex mix of citrus notes, brine, earth, great cut, great dry extract and a touch of lemon oil on a long tangy finish. Geez these are fun.
