(EVESHAM WOOD SEVEN SPRINGS PINOT NOIR) #1; NOSE-extremely complex, terroir driven, earth, worm head, rocks, mud, but a coating of Strawberry on top; TASTE-big wine, WOW, really herbaceous, really complex body, licorice aspect, mint, bark, pine cone, very elegant, MASSIVE mouth-feel, minty/ eucalyptus /licorice flavor in back of my mouth is very exotic, very unique; AM-91; GV-92
