  Gooseberry, lemon rind, lime and oregano leap forward on the nose. The palate shows intense tropical fruit flavours of passion-fruit, grapefruit and mango with subtle notes of mineral and grass in the background. A mouth-filling, round texture is balanced by good acidity leading to an exceptional, long finish.
