  • Pyramid Valley tasting at 67PM with Steve Smith MW. Drank in Zalto Universal.
Appearance is not cear, medium intensity, garnet colourl. Legs.
Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of mucky muddy earth, damp forest floor, red plum with some caramelization, dried red cherries, bruised red apple. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, resolved medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of caramel, muddy earth, sweet bruised red apples, red plum, dried red cherry. Medium+ finish.
Oxidative creep already. I'd call it a drink up sooner.
