  I'm a great fan of 'new wave' Spanish whites, and this is four very local varieties. The 'but' for me is a growing feeling I have about some of these wines.This is a £20 retail £50 restaurant wine and while different and undoubtedly interesting, the quality isn't quite there. Acidity and bitterness dominate here, and it's certainly too young.
