Opened and drank half one night and was underwhelmed after a few years of cellaring. The next day the remaining wine really popped with complexity and the flavors opened up. Nice structure, soft tannins, good fruit/finish. I guess it needs a little more cellar time or decanting.

Medium weight, balanced bottle. Solid fruit and a moderately long finish. Quite acceptable cab, it just never popped in the glass. Happy to drink it, but not entranced.

Has that real dramatic red fruit high note of Klipsun Cab, especially from Seven Hills. And the on the leaner side of the palate, but in a good way, and a very long structured finish. If you can hold onto it I bet it will be amazing in two to five years.

Really wanted this to be better. Solid cassis with tobacco and earth, mild tannins. Just lacks some élan.
