Our bottle had 50% Meunière, 20%, Pimot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Very pleasant, green apple and lemon and a very subtle burnt oak which added interest. Good acidity. Lacked depth. Prefer Champagne with more body. Tasted at Chateau St. Sabine in Burgundy.

Still showing beautifully - lighter mousse due to its age and light gold in colour but full of brioche, nuts, and faded orchard fruit. Still going strong!!! purchased in Nov 2015

A private dinner with friends (Amsterdam): Supple and fresh, citrus and orchard fruit, lively acidity and gentle mousse, hint of toast. A very pleasant aperitif.
