Minerals and honeysuckle on the nose. Bright notes of lime and kiwi fruit. Medium bodied with good acidity. Definitely made in the flintier style with refreshingly little oak. Excellent value (~$25) and a good find from a less flashy Burgundy appellation. Worked wonderfully with homemade asparagus, proscuitto, and leek risotto.
