Very inky and dark. This one is a bit of a chameleon. Tasted over three days, it went through periods of being a little oaky or a little hot, but would also have periods of beautiful dark fruit. I went to bed last night tasting this wine - like a warm blueberry crumble. This is my only bottle, but if I had another, I'd probably wait 2-3 years.

Nearly opaque violet with perfumed aromas of black fruit, cigar box, cedarwood, red licorice, and a hint of violets. On the palate it's medium-full-bodied with ample fruit beautifully buoyed with lively acidity and velvety tannins. It shows blackberry, ripe black cherry, creme de cassis, black and red licorice, dried herb and a hint of graphite flavors with a long finish. SRP - $58
One of Bedrock's objectives is to"To proclaim the greatness of Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon by sparing no expense on wines of uniqueness and personality. Done and done with this complex and elegant wine that could easily aged another 5-10 years.

This cab is OK but past it's prime. Drink within a few hours of opening.

Inky dark in color, with dark fruits and florals on the nose. Similar palate with integrated tannins. Paired beautifully with grilled ribeyes.
