  Colore rosso rubino intenso, alta lucentezza, pulizia. Naso intenso vinoso e pieno, con chiaro sentore di legno, frutta rossa e frutta matura. Ribes, more, tabacco. Un vino che a mio avviso è molto godibile in questa fase di maturazione, difatti lo tengo per i pranzi e le cene durante le quali vogliamo gustare appieno un vino rosso intenso, complesso, appagante, ma allo stesso tempo non vogliamo un vino "troppo" complesso e impegnativo come un Brunello, e nemmeno vogliamo andare troppo oltre con uno Sforzato. Quindi a mio avviso la particolare bontà di questo, è la capacità di abbinarsi splendidamente con le grigliate di carne, il maiale, le costate, le fiorentine, ma senza impegnare troppo il commensale, e senza farlo sentire appensantito nella testa e nello stomaco. Per me un vino rosso assolutamente da gustare e gustare ancora.

  Intense dark purple red, with a violet rim. Consistent.
  Intense, very complex and fine at nose: ripe cherries, carnation, liquorice, coffee and tobacco.
  Dry, alcoholic. Good acidity and medium minerality. Tannins a bit dusty.

  The wine looks inky colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, cherry, oak and tobacco. The body is full. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
