Mirrors to a great extent my previous note on the bottle, however not as shy and a bit more maturing tones this time, still there is no shame saving them for a few more years. Nicely paired with shellfish whcih was great.
Good to go now, more to expect down the line would be my sum up of this wine.

Started off like a white Burg with bubbles. Nice flint, high acid, and precision. Rounded out with more brioche notes towards the end. Not as well rounded or stunning as the 2016, but fun to try. Would be tough to peg this as a 2012.

I really enjoyed this one! There is a youthful touch mixed with somewhat more mature tones present, however there purity and fresh fruit is the most stunning part of the wine. Great mousse, a bit shy - which I like, good length, and a nice complexity given the age with a nice mineral footprint present. Not sure if this is best drunk now or to wait for the more mature part to pop out, it is sure charming already!
Great match to some mature parmesan as a start, and later to a oxtail based risotto where both the stock and meat from the oxtail was used.
In the end I'll likely consume by bottles while this is more in the youth, but no need to rush these at all.
