Nose of citric zest. I kinda understand the fennel that someone said here. Tropical fruit, not so much Attack is somewhat sweet with a firm, lively acidity and some biting minerality on mid-palate. Long Finish of rough rock powder, sweetness and acidity. Love it.

Day 1 in the Mosel - Peter Lauer & Hofgut Falkenstein (Mosel Saar Ruwer - Germany): From barrel. This is a combination of three separate plots, all at three separate levels on the hillside. Florian mentioned that this cuvee tends to be more tropical compared to other parcels/cuvees. Lots of mangos, papaya and lots of acidity. Very distinctive.
