  Third time tasting, second time rating. This has improved greatly. Much smoother, rough tart edges gone. Black cherry, strawberry, rhubarb, clove. Quite the transformation from a year ago and January 2017.

  Second time tasting; first time rating. I gave this one 6 months to mature since my first tasting. No different today. It's a very tart and one dimensional Pinot noir. Darker and more extracted than the usual RRV PN. I've like DRG's zins and Shiraz, but I just don't think this does it for me.

  This is definitely a heavier Pinot Noir, with more complexity. It is spicy and jammy. If you are a deep red drinker this is probably your Pinot Noir.

  This is an excellent wine with great complexity. If you are looking for a Pinot Noir with a very fruity flavor this is probably not your Pinot Noir, this one is light on the fruity flavor and has more of a jam and spicy flavor. This is a great Pinot Noir.
