Medium to full body, bright garnet color. Intense black dried fruits and herbal aroma. Black cherry, black currants and dewberry palate, long spicy finish. Rich and muscular but fresh and juicy, complex and balanced, refreshing berries acidity, well integrated tannins. Food friendly, best match is pasta with white sauce and Porcini. Serve 17º - 20º. Open at least one hour in advance. Drink now and next five years.
