Sour red cherry and pretty violet aromas. Some spice to finish. Beautifully smooth and elegant.

Burgundy Celebration: Master Class: Organic/Natural vs Conventional. (Quay Restaurant, International Passenger Terminal, Sydney): Pretty red fruit, slight stalks and toast, spice, all exist quite harmoniously on the nose. Lovely. In the mouth it's juicy and all of the nose translate to this pate. The fruit is muted but so is the tannic grip and it all carries long. Very pleasant
