  Vitigno autoctono interessante che in questa versione mescola l' acidità e la bassa gradazione alcolica ( 12,5%) di un vino del freddo, con la spinta aromatica mediterranea di un vino della Provenza.
  Tanta garrigue, mirto, macchia mediterranea e capperi, per un succo che scende facile, ma lasciando una scia persistente di sapori e sapidità molto gourmand.
  Si merita i 18,5/20 dall' Espresso
