Tre Bicchieri II - 2018 (Fort Mason): Medium minus cloudy ruby with red at rim. Smells like a low sulfur wine - there’s nailpolishy VA and slight peanut mousiness. Light cherry fruit - dirty. Medium body. Light tannins, but bitter. Elevated acid. Medium alcohol. Bitter finish - apple core. Production notes: Spontaneous ferment. Stainless steel aging.
