Medium intensity and golden color. Medium intensity and primary fruits of Stone fruit, yellow apples and secondary aromas of Lees, malolactic fermentation and oak. Tertiary aromas of oxidation in the bottle.. nutty, toast almonds and dried fruit. Medium acidity and intensity on the palete. Long finish. Drink now!

Allowed 6 hours of slow oxidation. Subtle bouquet of mineral and touch of oak. Lack fine fruits and low in acidity. Just a bourgogne blanc performance.

The White Burgundy Masterclass (The Athenians' Club, Athens, Greece): Elegant nose of citrus fruit, green apple and chestnut. Medium-bodied, still very youthful, yet balanced and a long aftertaste. Give it 2-3 years in the cellar and it will sing.
