2013 Gevrey-Chambertin Review (Paris - France): By the glass. In the past I wanted to bite a bottle of this producer and this one left me a little cold. Smoked on the nose, and too much sugar to my taste on the palate. Ready to accompany and refresh fatty dishes with a good acidity and soft and dense tannins. Again that excessive sweetness repels me. If it is the style of the winery, without any doubt, it is not for me.
Por copas. Tenía ganas de hincarle el diente a una botella de este productor y me ha dejado un poco frío. Ahumado en nariz, y demasiado dulzón para mi gusto al paladar. Listo para acompañar y refrescar platos contundentes con una buena acidez y unos taninos suaves y densos. De nuevo ese excesivo azúcar me repele. Si es el estilo de la bodega sin lugar a duda no es para mi.
