  • Very unusual Chablis. Drinking well 2021. Had at Melisse with tasting menu. Overtones of honey with secondary flavor being minerality. Went well with nearly everything served and was the the clear winner of the wines, both over the tasting menu pairing and the Aubert Eastside Chardonnay and Peter Michael Pinot that we brought. Would love to have more. About $150 at restaurant.
