Finesse & delicacy! - you really can taste the craftsmanship that 12 generations brings to the table here.
The bouquet is a mix of black tea marinated in strawberry juice, as it lays in the glass with an elegant, pale garnet.
The attack is fresh, with perfect acidity - solid with an earthy, roots pinot palate - but finishing juicy.
Drinking so well now. I am unsure if more cellar time will improve.
