Touch of spice, minerality, flint, rhubarb, green apple, gooseberry, very fresh
Refreshing, mineral, grassy, levander, touch of spice, long and lemon grass.

Tasted at the winery - this is one of the better Tuscany whites I've ever tasted. 100% sauvignon blanc nicely tuned and hard to guess where it comes from. 6 months maturation on the lees could be the key for this friendly wine.
