  Cheerful medium-deep cherry color. A bit muted on the nose, but the palate shows fine Pinot Noir character. Ripe but not confected, showing a touch of oak and excellent balance. Easy drinking, light and elegant, if lacking great complexity or aging potential. A pleasantly surprising RRV pinot. 13.8% abv. By the glass at Heritage, served too warm as usual.
