WSET, Level 1; 5/27/2017-5/28/2017 (The Vineyard at Florence, Florence, TX): Decent representation of an entry level Bordeaux, albeit a bit simplistic. Medium to full bodied, judicious use of oak. Black cherry, spicy red berries, and some bell pepper in the profile supported by a good balance of tannin and acid. Solid finish.

For An inexpensive Bordeaux it was a good bottle. It was very tight when first opened but got better with time. Aerate it or let it decant for an hour or so.
