  This drank very differently from my previous bottle. We opened this yesterday. By itself, this seemed fuller bodied with a touch of creaminess, but still with nice high acidity to keep things vibrant. Nose as described before with some flint and citrus. On day 2, we had this with grouper, which is meatier, and the acidity really shined. Zippy on the palate and perfect with the fish (we used this to make a beurre blanc as well).

  Delightful. Very pale straw in color. Nice, smoky, flinty nose with some grapefruit in the background. Great minerality on the palate with slate, chalk, and a nice citrus based acidity. Medium- bodied. A bit short on the finish, which leans tangy.
