Year after year, this is the most on point and reliable new world approximation of Provence rose I've had. It has the structure, verve and soul of the south, even if there's a hint of the new world coming through in the form of a pleasing roundness to the bottom notes. But the mineral/saline character brings it there, and makes sure that, even though this may improve with some time, once opened the bottle doesn't last more than a few hours.

Very light rose; aromas of red berries, some citrus; medium acidity, light, crisp, dry, clean....tasted better cold.

Delicious provencale style rose, bone dry, crisp, nice aromas of strawberries, medium acidity, light body. Perfect with ceviche.

Pleasant rose leans slightly to off dry. Good body and full mouthfeel. Strawberry fruit spectrum.
