45 min after opening. Lovely, ripe,. almost candied strawberries, w accents of herbs (sage?), and a bit of bark. Palate w ripe strawberries, some cherries, a hint of herbs, and minerals that really come through on the midpalate. Nice acids on a medium body. Good but not great concentration of flavors. Short finish though. Overall, there are some really nice elements to this wine that doesn't come together. Easily a nice summer quaffer but the material is here to be much more. It's just not realized. Not sure what the actual retail price is but was on sale for $11, which is a nice bargain.

QPR crusher. At around $15, the aromatics and structure are pretty impressive. Melon, white peach, brisk acidity. If you're looking for a case buy for warmer weather, this is a chief contender.

Color: Pale salmon rosé.
Quite pale and delicate visually.
Nose: Fresh, perfumey, cherry, strawberry, rose petal, and mineral aromas.
Palate: Mediun body. 13% alc. Fresh and snappy. Nice minerality. Good flavor intensity. Snappy, crisp finish.
I have drunk this cuvée for 30 years. Always elegant, sublime, and dry. One of the best wine labels of all time. Ha!
