Ripe and yeasty nose, with pear and yellow apple aromas that are a hint honeyed. Dry, clean, and briskly bubbled, this tapers off a bit but stays cool and tasty on the medium finish.

Not exactly "Royal", but a nice little sparkler. Appealing lemon and bread dough nose, with apple pie, pineapple, and papaya flavors. Tropical. Fine bead that's vigorous and persistent. Fun to drink, and a good value on sale in the mid 20s.

Lots of yeast but assuming that it's not meant to be kept this long as the rest of the flavors are very muted.
