Sampled at the Tuesday tasting at Papa Joe's. Cost $17 per bottle. The appearance is light golden. The nose is of oak; it bothered my lady friend, who said the nose is like porcini peppers you put on a sub sandwhich. The taste is of balanced oak. The finish is medium in length. 82.5.

Tasted April 2005. Was just ok. Was expecting the same level as De Loach OFS. Ripe, citrus, apple and oaky texture. Purchased for $16 from Hook & Ladder Winery.
