Nose: An enticing an tropical nose with notes of white peach, banana marshmallow candy, cream, beeswax and some tangerine orange.
On the palate there are signs of maturity with ever so slight oxidative notes but nothing offensive and doesn't significantly detract. This took a little bit of time to open up and showed a bit more liveliness as it got some air. White tulip petal, yellow peach and unripe apricot, and complimented with more banana notes... but almost like a banana cream pie flavour.
It's tropical, plush, less citric notes but still with medium plus acidity. That said I'd say don't hold this any longer as it's great right where it is and I could see it being on the back half of its life. 91

Light golden color. Almond, lemon and vanilla on the nose. Citrusy tangerine, melon, honey and steely granite on the palate. Medium to light bodied. Light acidity. Complex and layered but stylistically, tending toward crisp and fruity.

It has been almost three years since I last tasted this. At that time I reflected on the evolving style with the influence of Heidi Barrett as winemaker. Interestingly, this has become much more complex with a shift back towards the traditional citrus notes I associate with this wine. Medium straw color. A mix of citrus and melon, pear and lychee nut on the palate. Nicely balanced with medium acidity. Glad I have another bottle to sample in another couple of years as I think this will evolve further.
