I like this, and it could probably age another decade, but wanted a wine for grilled burgers for my end of summer dinner. I would say that three years probably helped the fruit, as the tannin receded a bit. They won't be bottling PS on its own anymore at Rockpile, which is a shame, since I have always enjoyed it. Sloes, blackberries, some leafiness.

Dark and tannic. Medium plus finish. I found myself wanting just a little more fruit. But still really good.
