Typical Napa Valley Chardonnay as processed thru the standard protocol of stainless steel fermentation, at least partial malolactic and some oak barrel aging. Oh, how I wish these wines had more acidity!

Clear, pale straw. Moderate aroma with a bit of age. Notes of green apple, mango, pineapple, lime, and slight cigar box.
Off-dry; medium-light body. Smooth, but somewhat lacking in acidity. For the most part, well balanced. Quite buttery, continued notes of apple, some pear, peach, and a nice bit of vanilla and pie crust at the end. Medium-short finish.
