Refined and elegant, no great stuffing, but everything is in place. Edit, a couple of hours later it was seeming tired and slightly oxidised. Not for keeping.

Medium bodied well mannered red Bordeaux. I will apply my corkscrew to the rest of my bottles.

I'm glad I bought six of these. A very agreeable wine, with an attractive bouquet of slightly candied fruit and flowers, then a medium-bodied mouthful that combines sweet red berry fruit with enough acidic bite to avoid any stodginess. Much better than Talbot 06 or Gaffelière 08 - all for 11 euros. Who's complaining? Not me.
