Caramel, burnt sugar, oak, vanilla, all spice, lots of heat on the nose
Smooth delivery, with a mild belly burn. Lots of finesse. Subtle flavors that follow the nose. Long finish. Good QPR

  • WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: This is clear with a deep amber colour, edging medium mahogany.
Nose: The nose is clean showing very pronounced intensity aromas of raisins, sultanas, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, toffee, citrus peel, oak. This is very aged.
Palate: This is dry in the mouth with soft and smooth alcohol. It has a full body and pronounced intensity flavours of raisins, sultanas, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, toffee, citrus peel, oak. The finish is long and very complex.
Conclusion: It is an outstanding quality spirit. Well balanced with very well integrated alcohol, warming at first then soft and smooth. Super Premium Pricing (£105.00)
