  Served with western-ish omelette. Slightly green tinted clear yellow. Surprisingly earthy, almost musty nose. Lychee maybe? Not corked, since it's a screw cap. In the mouth, modest bright acidity with light body. Mineral, unripe peach, maybe unripe pear, not really citrus, not very sweet.
