  Enjoyed it more than I had previously. It's softer and more elegant than some of the other excellent '14 Israeli Roses. On the nose, Hibiscus and ripe strawberries; on the palate, strawberries & stone fruit with slightly softer acidity. Very nice and different.

  As with the previous vintage, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Very light pink in color with on the very aromatic nose blossoming spring flowers, cherries, strawberries and tangerines. Light in body but so refined and delicate with a vibrant core acidity that highlights plenty of summer and stone fruits such as peaches and apricots along notes of tart cherries, strawberries and tangerines with lots of minerals such as graphite and slate and a hint of saline and more red fruits on the moderately long finish. This is, IMHO Castel's very best rosé to date, it is elegant, floral, supple with great acidity and even complexity, certainly one of the very best kosher rosé wines out there, well done! 13% Abv.

  Light to medium body; bright pink color; elegantly aromatic, intense red fruits, apples and citrus aroma; cherry and pink grapefruits on the palate, slightly mineral on long finish; very fresh, juicy structured, complex and balanced, lovely acidity. Best match is shrimps. Serve 9º - 12º. Open quarter hour in advance. Drink now.
