Medium gold color. Stone fruit and lemon curd. This was initially served very cold, intentionally, which brings the high acidity to the forefront. Very tart lemon attack which a mild peach or nectarine flavor. Very angular. I really enjoyed it. As it warmed up the fruit flavors rounded out more towards the stone fruit and the acid backed of a bit. At 10 years old this has a long drinking window. Still very fresh.

Could be the most enjoyable bottle of Chenin I've drank in years. The acidity is the defining feature for sure but the waves of stone fruits are so poignant I find myself lost for a good minute or two with each sip. The lanolin is there in the background and while this is unmistakably Chenin Blanc it flirts with 'atypical'. The acid is not biting or harsh or shrill. 60+ second finish as sour/tart slowly moves up an octave to kefir lime. Worth seeking out. This still seems early in the drinking window, would revisit in 2025-2030.

Continues to settle down and drink decently. Has a good bit of reduction and serious sour/puckering taste. I'm just not a fan of this style of Chenin - not a buyer any longer.

Still a bit sour on the attack. Not a fan of this style anymore but still enjoyed the bottle with dinner.

Still coming into its own. Searing acidity but a fullness in the mid palate. Solid.
