From what I’ve read, a textbook entry-level example of Alsace Riesling in a dry style. Uncomplicated and not complex. Structurally and aromatically sound. Score: Between 8 and 8.5 ------------ Full Sensory
Visual: Clear, bright pale straw, reflections of green in the glass no gas or sediment moderate tears.
Nose: moderate minus intensity, clean. Lemon - ripe meyer, lime zest, secondaries of honey, beeswax. Not complex. Youthful.
Palate: Nearly dry - 4-5g/L RS? Moderate alcohol - I saw it was 12.5% More lemon character on the palate. Elevated acidity, not quite high. Simple. Balance is light, fresh, crisp. Moderate finish - ripe lemon. Clean malic and tartaric in balance. Acidity lasts a bit longer than the flavor, but it’s a nice clean finish with no phenolic bitterness.

Nose: high-toned green apple - candy.
Pairing with slightly spicy jerk chicken, mild mango salsa, rice: * (good but nothing special) Acidity increased the spiciness a bit.
