  A nice drinking bottle, good flavors which were relatively delicate and mature. The aromatics were muted and a bit disappointing. This bottle seemed it has passed it's prime as I liked it better at a younger age.

  Consumed at Mr. Stox (Anaheim), ordered from their wine list. Bright disc. Light straw robe with clear rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of minerals, honeysuckle, nutmeg, flowers and light vanilla. Medium-bodied on the palate, with crisp acidity and similar flavors as for the nose. Long, crisp finish. Very reflective of terroir. A great accompaniment to the ahi tartare (seasoned chopped ahi, avocado, cucumber and daikon with a healthy topping of sevruga caviar and cilantro, drizzled with chili oils). Also nice with the Maryland Bluefin (lump) crabcake with old bay seasoning and Dijon mustard, served with an Asian slaw.
